DGN Visual Art students recently won several awards at the Graphic Design
& Illustration Contest sponsored by the College of DuPage at their annual
Portfolio Celebration.
In the Illustration category, Honorable Mention awards went
to:
Marcus Bacerra (11) for “Crowded Subway”
Abigail Blanchard (12) for “Breakfast”
Audrey Staron (12) for “Trapped”
1st prize in Illustration was shared Marcus Bacerra (11) for his watercolor illustration, “The Corner Store."
In the Graphic Design category, Abigail Blanchard (12) received an Honorable Mention award for “TWYST," and 1st prize for her theatre poster, “She Kills
Monsters."
